Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern SiteCause’s public website, finished website review, initial website purchase, and ongoing managed website service. They are written for organizations and the people authorized to act for them.

Agreement and authority

These Terms govern access to sitecause.com, rebuild requests, working previews, launches, and ongoing SiteCause services. “SiteCause,” “we,” and “us” mean Queries AI Inc, doing business as SiteCause, the provider of those services. “Customer,” “business,” and “you” mean the person or organization requesting or using them.

By submitting a rebuild request, approving a launch, or using a launched website, you accept these Terms. If you act for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms and approve work and payment on its behalf.

A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

The free rebuild offer and eligibility

SiteCause prepares a complete finished replacement from the organization’s entire existing public website, using all its pages and content. The original stays untouched until approval. Reviewing the replacement does not require the organization to launch or pay.

SiteCause may decline an offer when the public source cannot be verified, required rights or information are unavailable, or current production capacity does not permit the work. The customer sees the complete finished replacement before deciding whether to approve publication.

Scope, cooperation, and access

SiteCause rebuilds the customer’s complete website. The customer provides accurate information, decisions, approvals, rights-cleared materials, and access reasonably needed for approved publication and requested work. Customer delay may affect timing.

SiteCause does not need a login to the current website to prepare the replacement. After approval, SiteCause may need coordinated access to domain, DNS, analytics, email-routing, or other third-party accounts. The customer keeps control of its domain and third-party accounts.

The 10-business-day review reservation

The review window begins when SiteCause emails that the working rebuilt website is ready. SiteCause reserves that website and its design direction exclusively for the receiving organization for 10 business days. The delivery email identifies the review deadline.

If the business approves launch during the review window, SiteCause retires that design from future customer use. If the business declines, does not approve launch before the deadline, or abandons the review, SiteCause may withdraw the preview, release the production slot, and offer the unused design to another prospective customer after rebuilding it with different branding and content.

SiteCause does not reuse the original business’s name, copy, logo, images, submitted data, confidential information, or other business-specific material for another customer. SiteCause may extend a review deadline in writing.

Launch approval and payment

The customer pays nothing for a replacement it does not approve. The regular initial website design price is $349 per uniquely designed page. The initial website’s writing, design, and build are included free with the 18-month SiteCause system commitment, billed monthly at $624 from approved launch. We confirm the initial pages and payment details with the customer before approval.

The ongoing monthly ongoing service covers the ongoing website work described below. Hosting images, video, and other website content, software and licenses needed to provide that service, and custom API integration work are not separate add-on charges.

Included service after launch

The ongoing service includes website positioning and strategy, agreed website priorities, proactive recommendations, and continuing website development in collaboration with the customer.

The monthly service includes full hosting for pages, images, video, and other website content; a managed Cloudflare Pro plan and edge caching for pages, images, and video; HTTPS, monitoring, backups, security, maintenance, and fixes; analytics and monthly reporting.

Requested website work includes news, events, and blog publishing; changes to content, services, staff, and locations; campaign landing pages, design changes, forms, integrations including custom APIs, marketing automation, newsletter provider swaps, and social feeds. SiteCause incorporates requests while preserving the design consistency, speed, navigation, accessibility, structure, and functioning of the whole website.

SiteCause provides a fast website experience, content and structure Google and Bing can crawl and understand, and structured information for AI assistants and agents. These are not guarantees of rankings, traffic, recommendations, conversions, or other business results.

The ongoing service also includes digital content development; search visibility and AI discoverability improvements; relevant directory listings; advertising campaign planning, landing pages, and management; news and updates with an agreed publishing cadence and appropriate distribution or syndication; program and campaign support; and maintenance of agreed forms and integrations. Priorities are agreed with the customer and reviewed as the service develops.

The customer may email changes and requests to SiteCause. Most changes are completed within one to two business days, depending on the size and complexity of the request. SiteCause confirms timing for larger requests. The parties establish key contacts and review priorities and recommendations together.

SiteCause continuously improves the website’s content, navigation, design, and functionality. As technology, accessibility standards, and design expectations change, SiteCause modernizes the website while maintaining current content and connections.

Advertising campaign management is included in the service. Any paid-media budget is agreed with the customer before a paid campaign runs. Google Ad Grants management is included. SiteCause helps customers not yet using the program get it set up. Google determines eligibility and approval.

Customer content and permissions

Customers keep ownership of content, trademarks, photographs, video, data, and other materials they provide. They grant SiteCause the rights needed to copy, edit, host, display, transmit, operate, maintain, back up, and improve those materials for their website and the requested services.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, releases, and rights clearance of supplied material and for promptly identifying anything that should not be used. SiteCause does not sell customer content or reuse business-specific material for another customer.

SiteCause materials and the launched website

SiteCause retains ownership of its software, systems, workflows, code, designs, tooling, operating methods, and know-how unless a written agreement says otherwise. Launch gives the customer the right to use the launched website through SiteCause’s service for its own business; it does not transfer the complete SiteCause runtime or operating system or create a defined transfer to another host.

The one-launch promise means SiteCause will not launch the approved design for another customer after the receiving organization launches it. It does not prevent SiteCause from reusing general skills, techniques, software, layout principles, infrastructure, or non-customer-specific know-how.

Confidentiality and customer identity

Each party will use the other party’s non-public business, technical, and customer information only to perform or receive the services and will protect it with at least reasonable care. This duty does not cover information that is public through no breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received from someone free to disclose it. A party may share confidential information with personnel and service providers who need it for the services and are bound to protect it, or when disclosure is required by law.

SiteCause will not use customer names, logos, or testimonials as social proof without prior written approval. A publicly launched website and a SiteCause credit visibly included in its approved design are not confidential.

Privacy, form data, and security

The Privacy Policy explains how SiteCause handles information submitted through its own website. For a launched customer website, SiteCause may process form submissions, technical logs, cookieless pathway analytics, and related data as needed to host, deliver, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, measure, improve, and report on that website and may use infrastructure providers for those purposes. Customers may use compatible separate analytics subject to these Terms, applicable privacy requirements, and applicable provider terms.

SiteCause uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security or uninterrupted availability. The customer is responsible for any privacy notice, consent, recordkeeping, or legally required response arising from the customer’s own business, content, communications, and use of leads.

Acceptable use

Visitors and customers may use SiteCause websites only for lawful purposes. They may not interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, misuse forms, impersonate another person, burden the service through abusive automation, distribute spam or malware, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

Third-party services

Websites may depend on DNS, email, analytics, security, storage, domain registration, video, payment, or other outside services. Those providers may have their own terms, outages, or changes. SiteCause manages the connections and website integration work included in the service; the customer retains control of its accounts. These dependencies do not exclude the hosting, video delivery, software, licenses, or integration work included in SiteCause’s service.

Suspension and ending service

A business that is the subject of a working preview, or a customer with a launched website, may request removal by replying to the applicable SiteCause email thread or using another written contact method SiteCause designates. After reasonably verifying that the requester controls or is authorized to act for the business, SiteCause will take the preview or website offline and delete its active production copy from SiteCause-controlled systems within one business day.

The one-business-day deletion commitment applies to the active website copy, not disaster-recovery backups, security logs, email records, invoices, or information SiteCause must retain for fraud prevention, disputes, or law. Residual copies are isolated from public use and expire or are deleted under SiteCause’s normal retention process. A requester should ask for any available customer-supplied material before requesting deletion because the active website may not be recoverable afterward.

SiteCause may limit, suspend, or end a preview, website, or service immediately to address unlawful or infringing use, malicious activity, a security risk, harm to SiteCause or others, nonpayment, or a breach of these Terms. SiteCause may also discontinue hosting, maintenance, or another service for business reasons on 30 days’ written notice when reasonably practicable, including a change of control, sale, restructuring, insolvency, platform shutdown, material provider or cost change, or a decision to stop offering the service.

The SiteCause system has an 18-month commitment, billed monthly. After that commitment, a customer may end the ongoing service by written request. After 18 months of service, the website’s hosting and security are free for life, and ending the ongoing service does not take the website offline. SiteCause’s runtime, code, and design system are not transferred.

Ending service does not erase amounts already due. Provisions concerning ownership, confidentiality, indemnity, disclaimers, liability, and any terms that by their nature should continue will survive.

Service standard, warranties, and results

SiteCause remains responsible for the whole website, including requested content, design, form, and integration changes, maintenance, and fixes. This includes adapting website integrations when third-party tools change, while preserving the website’s consistency, accessibility, speed, navigation, and functioning. SiteCause coordinates the work with the customer; no specific response time, restoration time, or service level is promised unless agreed in writing.

Except for the express commitments in these Terms or a written customer agreement, the public website, previews, launched websites, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, SiteCause disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy, and non-infringement.

SiteCause does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular delivery or launch date, search ranking, traffic, citations by AI systems, revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, or any other business result. The customer decides whether the working rebuild is clearly better before approving launch.

Responsibility for customer material and use

The customer will defend, indemnify, and hold SiteCause harmless from third-party claims and reasonable legal costs arising from material the customer supplies or requires SiteCause to use, the customer’s unlawful or infringing use of the website, or the customer’s breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by SiteCause’s willful misconduct.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SiteCause has no liability arising from the public website, an unpurchased rebuild or preview, or another service expressly provided free of charge. If liability cannot lawfully be excluded, SiteCause’s total aggregate liability for all claims involving an affected launched website or paid service will not exceed the amount the customer actually paid SiteCause for that affected website or service.

SiteCause is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, or business interruption. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory, even if SiteCause was told a loss was possible, and do not limit liability only to the extent applicable law prohibits that limitation.

General terms

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including widespread network or utility failure, natural disaster, war, civil disorder, labor disruption, government action, or failure of essential third-party infrastructure.

The customer may not assign these Terms without SiteCause’s written consent. SiteCause may assign these Terms, the service, and its rights and obligations in connection with a change of control, merger, reorganization, financing, asset transfer, or sale of all or part of its business.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be narrowed only as much as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

Changes, notices, and written agreements

The Terms displayed when a rebuild is submitted apply to that rebuild and review. The Terms displayed when launch is approved apply to the launch and ongoing service. SiteCause may update these Terms when the offer, service, ownership, providers, costs, security requirements, or law changes. For an existing launched website, a material update becomes effective 30 days after SiteCause sends notice to the customer’s submitted email address, or sooner when reasonably required by law or security. If the customer rejects an update, its remedy is to request removal before the update takes effect.

SiteCause may send operational or legal notices to the email address the customer submitted. The customer may send notice by replying to its current SiteCause email thread or using another contact method SiteCause designates in writing.

An order, invoice, scope confirmation, or other written agreement may add to or replace these public Terms for a particular customer. If a written agreement conflicts with these public Terms, the written agreement controls for that customer. Together, the applicable Terms and written customer agreements are the complete agreement about the covered services.
